Newspaper designers finalists for national award

The Associated Collegiate Press announced that two Technician designers were finalists in the 2005 ACP Design of the Year competition co-sponsored by Adobe Systems.

The Associated Collegiate Press announced that two Technician designers were finalists in the 2005 ACP Design of the Year competition co-sponsored by Adobe Systems. Thushan Amarasiriwardena served as Technician co-editor during the 2003-2004 academic year and now is a content producer for Boston.com/The Boston Globe. Patrick Clarke is now the managing editor of the Technician.

Winners will be announced for the first time at the National College Media Convention Oct. 26-30 in Kansas City.
