WKNC hosts more Fridays on the Lawn

WKNC 88.1 FM has announced the remaining dates and lineups for its Fridays on the Lawn concert series. The semester’s second FOTL show will be Friday, Oct. 3. Carborro’s Flesh Wounds will headline, with support by Zack Mexico from Kill Devil Hills. On Friday, Nov. 14, the event will feature music by The Tills out of Asheville and Durham’s Lilac Shadows. Each Fridays on the Lawn is held from 5-7 p.m. on NC State’s Harris Field, on the corner of Cates Avenue and Dan Allen Drive in front of Witherspoon Student Center. Fridays on the Lawn is sponsored by the Union Activities Board and Inter-Residence Council.
