WKNC named ‘Best’ by Indy

The Independent Weekly’s named WKNC 88.1fm the "Best College Radio Station" in its 2010 Best in the Triangle Reader’s Choice poll released June 10. The station was a finalist for Best Radio Station in 2009 and won the title in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. This year, the paper divided the category into best college radio station and best commercial radio station.
